Based on real-time stability data from three PPQ batches, the voretigene neparvovec drug substance is stable for at least 24 months when stored at the recommended long-term condition of ≤ -65°C. No significant changes have been observed in key quality attributes, including vector genome titer, potency, and purity, over the study period. A shelf-life of 24 months is proposed.
